These are the current shirts being worn by Bologna FC in their 2016/17 Serie A Campaign. Bologna are currently managed by former Italian coach Roberto Donadoni. They finished in 14th place in the Serie A during 2015/16. The club’s kit manufacturers are Italian sportswear company Macron, who are based in Bologna.
The home shirt features the club’s traditional red and dark blue stripes. The design of the shirt flows onto the sleeves with the left sleeve being red and the right sleeve dark blue. The new away shirt features a fluorescent yellow colour, which is inspired by the shirts worn by the likes of Roberto Baggio, Kennet Andersson and Giuseppe Signori between 1997 and 2003. Mid-way through the season, Bologna also unveiled a special third shirt which pays tribute to the club stadium.
