Clube Atlético Mineiro today released their new kits for the 2017 Brazilian football season. The kits are manufactured by Topper who take over from Canadian sportswear company Dryworld, which was the club’s kit supplier during 2016.
Atletico finished in fourth place in the 2016 Brazilian Serie A and runners-up in the Campeonato Mineiro (state league).
The new deal with Topper will see the South American brand become the club’s official kit supplier for the next four years.
The new home shirt remains loyal to the club’s traditional colours, featuring black and white stripes. It has black sleeves with white trim around the sleeve hems.
The new away shirt is primarily white with black detail. Caixa, club and kit sponsors, have their logo featured across the front of the shirt and at the back, just above the player number. The shirts feature the Sweat Absorption and Diffusion DryCool technology, which was developed by Topper to provide lightness, comfort and breathability.
