FC Dallas 2017 Adidas Secondary Football Kit

FC Dallas is a Major League Soccer club, playing in the top division in the United States and Canada. The club was founded in 1995 as Dallas Burn, being rebranded in 2005. They are also known as Toros and Hoops. The home stadium of FC Dallas is the Toyota Stadium, which has a capacity of 20,500. The team is the current champion of the Western Conference and they also ranked 1st overall.

The new away kit for the 2017 season is a collaboration between German kit suppier Adidas and FC Dallas. The front of the new away shirt fades from dark blue at the top of the body to light-blue at the waist to represent the blue hues seen in the Texas horizon. There are 11 stars on the front representing the team’s starting eleven. The text DTID (“Dallas ‘Til I Die”) appears on the right side of the body. The LH patch on the sleeve is a tribute to club founder Lamar Hunt.

There is a patch at the back of the neck with the Texan flag. Advocare is the kit sponsor, having been sponsoring the kits of the club since 2012. The sleeves of the new away shirt are white, with the sleeve hems being dark blue. The collar of the shirt is dark blue. There are three dark blue Adidas trademark stripes on a white patch on each shoulder. The back of the shirt is mostly grey. The away shorts are dark blue while the shorts are white.
