Suwon Samsung Bluewings is a South Korean football team playing in the K League Classic, the top division in the country. The club is owned by Cheil Worldwide, a subsidiary of the world-renowned South Korean company Samsung. The team finished 7th in the league table in 2016 but won the South Korean FA Cup. The last time that the team was crowned South Korean champion was back in 2008. The team was only founded in 1995 and since then has won the league title 4 times, apart from several other competitions.
Adidas has been kit supplier of Suwon Samsung Bluewings since 2002, while Samsung have always been kit sponsors. The new home kit that has been launched by the club and Adidas features the logo of Samsung QLED TV. The shirt has a polo shirt style, having a blue base colour and a red flapped collar. The Adidas trademark stripes on the shoulders are white, and the sleeve cuffs are red. Blue shorts and socks, both featuring white Adidas stripes, complement the home shirt.
